These terms govern your use of ServantFlow. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to them on behalf of your church or organization.
ServantFlow is volunteer scheduling software provided on a subscription basis. We provide each church an isolated portal at a yourchurch.servantflow.com subdomain.
New accounts include a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the plan price you selected.
Plans are billed annually in advance through Stripe (the price is shown as a monthly rate billed once per year — e.g. $9/mo is charged as $108/year). Plan tiers are based on the number of active volunteers. Prices are shown at signup and may change with notice to existing subscribers. Payment is processed by Stripe under their terms; we do not store your card details.
You may cancel anytime from the Account & Billing area (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the current paid year. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. After your access ends, your account becomes read-only and is then removed.
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and can export it at any time.
Churches on plans that include SMS may send volunteers text messages about shifts they are scheduled for, shifts needing coverage, and requests to confirm or decline an assignment. ServantFlow does not send marketing text messages.
Texts are sent only to a volunteer who has a mobile number on file and has agreed to receive them — either by opting in themselves in their volunteer portal, or through their church coordinator recording that agreement. Message frequency varies with how often a volunteer is scheduled, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not remove anyone from a schedule; email notifications continue unless separately unsubscribed. Mobile numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, and are never shared between churches. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Churches are responsible for obtaining volunteers’ agreement before entering a mobile number on their behalf, and for complying with applicable messaging law in their jurisdiction.
Fair use. Texting is included with plans that offer it, for ordinary volunteer scheduling — reminders, coverage requests and confirmations sent to people on your own volunteer roster. It is not an unlimited or general-purpose messaging service. We may set reasonable per-church volume limits, and will contact you first unless the situation needs immediate action.
You may not use ServantFlow texting to send marketing, fundraising, promotional or political messages; to message anyone who is not a volunteer on your roster; to send content unrelated to scheduling; or to message anyone who has not agreed, or who has replied STOP.
Shared delivery. All churches send through shared messaging infrastructure, so misuse by one church can cause mobile carriers to filter or block messages for every church using ServantFlow. We may therefore suspend or disable texting for a church immediately and without notice where we reasonably believe it is being misused, or is putting delivery at risk for others. Repeated or deliberate misuse may lead to termination under section 10.
We work to keep ServantFlow available and backed up, but we do not currently offer a formal uptime guarantee (SLA). We perform maintenance and improvements that may briefly interrupt service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to admins. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment.
